This ensures that care is both effective and personalized. Training is delivered by our highly qualified registered nurse consultants, who bring extensive experience and expertise to each session.
• NDIS Practice Standards 2020: Our training programs adhere to the NDIS Practice Standards 2020, guaranteeing that support workers are trained to the highest standards of care and professionalism.
• Qualified Registered Nurse Consultants: Our team of registered nurse consultants provides training at the location of your choice, offering convenience and flexibility. These sessions are designed to be practical, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience and develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Theory, Written, and Practical Assessments: All training includes comprehensive theoretical instruction, written assessments, and practical assessments to ensure participants fully understand and can apply the skills learned. This approach ensures a thorough understanding and competency in high-intensity support skills. Training is 3 hours in total and is client specific .
• Training for Carers and Family Members: We also offer training for carers and family members who look after their loved ones at home, helping them understand and manage high-intensity needs. This one-on-one training is conducted in the client’s home and is comprehensive and client-specific, including detailed care plans if required.
• Providing accessible and flexible training programs for support workers, carers, and family members, regardless of their location. Our online training programs are designed to ensure that individuals across interstate regions can receive the same high-quality education and support as those attending in-person sessions.

• Comprehensive Course Content: Our online training covers a wide range of topics, including high-intensity support skills, continence management, skin integrity care, and more. Each course is designed to provide thorough theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and assessments to ensure participants are well-prepared to deliver high-quality care.
• Certification of Participation: Upon completion of the training, all participants receive a certificate of participation, acknowledging their commitment to professional development and their preparedness to provide high-quality care.
• Location and Equipment Requirements: Training is conducted at the organization’s chosen location, with all necessary materials provided by the trainer, except for manual handling equipment. Organizations are required to provide a TV with an HDMI cable and adequate space for staff to conduct the training sessions.
